SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping for all products are free of charge and within Australia only. We work closely with our brand partners to deliver your purchase at the earliest possible time, however delivery times may vary subject to demand and availability. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes after the order is placed, by writing to us at hello@inflexionwatches.com.au. If your cancellation request is successful, an email will be sent confirming that your order has been cancelled.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can return your watch up to 7 days after receiving it. To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email. To be eligible for a refund, your watch must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with no signs of scratches), and in the original packaging. You bear the costs for returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
