Who is Inflexion?

We are an Australian company working in partnership with pedigreed independent watchmakers from around the globe. Our mission is to bring you a carefully curated selection of luxury timepieces that represent your unique personality and ethos.

Are you an authorised dealer?

Inflexion goes above and beyond a typical over-the-counter watch dealer. We work hard to seek out and introduce to you our selected independent brands, from century-old watchmakers to emerging and refreshing new brands. We work in direct partnership with these brands to bring you their proud creations, authenticity guaranteed and fully covered by manufacturer's warranty.

Do you have a physical shop?

We're 100% online.

I would like to try on a watch before I make a purchase, is that possible?

Look out for our private viewing service (Sydney only) coming your way shortly. In the meantime, don't hesitate to email or chat to us, as we're only too happy to help!

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

If you already have an account, be sure to log in for a faster checkout. Alternatively, you can also place your order by way of guest checkout.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes after the order is placed, by writing to us at If your cancellation request is successful, an email will be sent confirming that your order has been cancelled.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Shipping for all products are free of charge and within Australia only. We work closely with our brand partners to deliver your purchase at the earliest possible time, however delivery times may vary subject to demand and availability. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Australia-based addresses only.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation including a tracking reference, to enable you to check the status of your order.

Can I return a watch if something's wrong?

You can return your watch up to 7 days after receiving it. To initiate a return, you must first contact us via email at To be eligible for a refund, your watch must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with no signs of scratches), and in the original packaging. You bear the costs for returning the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item; we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once initated, your refund can take up to twenty (20) working days to be reflected in your credit card statement depending on the payment providers / issuing banks.

What payment methods and currencies does Inflexion accept?

We currently only offer pricing in Australian Dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Is it secure to shop online at Inflexion?

We use Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processing platforms, to process your payment and ensure the highest level of protection for you. Stripe makes use of the most innovative security tools and practices to maintain this high level of security. These tools have been certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of certification available in the payment industry.
